My First Birthday

Oh...my god.... days are passing soo soon without me doing much of fuss around.
Now i have reached to my First Birthday already.

Its Oct 7th 2009, wednesday. So its a week day, its in Australia....:( no much of celebrations.
So my parents decided to celebrate my birthday on following weekend, when all our friends will be free and happy to come along to make the day more colourful. BUT no venue halls were available on Oct10/11 2009 (the following weekend). So my parents shifted my birthday celebrations to next weekend i.e. to OCT 17th 2009 as finally they could find a venue hall on that day.

So on official day (OCT 7th 2009) we 3 (me, mom and dad) decided to celebrate at our home by ourselves.
As usual, dad was soooooooooooo busy at work he came home at aroung 8:30 pm, me and my mom got ready and was waiting for him to get the cake and to celebrate my day.
My mom, she was not working at that time, so she could decorate the house with balloons and colour papers. By evening 6 she cooked the food, we both got ready and was just waiting for my dad.
At last around 8:30pm he came along with a cake, by that time i was almost sleepy.... bcoz i go to bed around 7 or 7:30pm daily. But have to cut the cake, so i tried to be awake...and after dad came he has to get ready, so it became almost 9pm.... hmmm......at last i could cut the cake, but didnt like it much moreover i was sleepy so i didnt wanted to have it. After that, amma changed my dress and made me sleep happily.....:)... After wards amma and naana (dad) have enjoyed  the cake to full extent.
So that was my celebrations on official day

Now the celebrations on 17th of Oct 2009 with friends, to our luck it was on Deepavali day.
Venue: Monash Community Inn, Clayton. It was a community hall... so we had to decorate all the hall since morning then called up on friends in the evening. So in the morning, i thought of helping my parents in decorating the hall, but chakri uncle and ravi uncle came to help naana. I missed the chance to make fuss with decoration papers and balloons :(. While they were decorating the hall, we (me, mom and pratima aunty) got ready for the party. Once they finished the decorating, chakri uncle went to his home to get ready and to come back for the party, naana and ravi uncle came home and got ready for the party. Amma tried to make me sleep, in the evening around 4pm so that i wont be cranky at the party, but i have my own plans... so i didnt sleep.. hehe...
Now its party time, and i forgot to tell you that, my mom made a beautiful banner using her creativity and took help of aabu thatha (moms dad) to print it beautifully and you know that was most highlight part in the party... everyone liked it sooo much and started asking amma the procedure to do it.
My Parents wanted to make the party more joyful so they arranged games for the guests and arranged for some return gifts to little friends.
Everything was going on well in the party, but i was bit cranky,,bcoz i was sleepy.... i always wanted my mom or dad to lift me up.... it was bit hectic for them,,,,so they tried to make me sleep in various ways... but i told u, i have my own plans... i have to see the party isnt it, and to our luck... our friends are sooooooooooooooooo helpful, they have arranged the food, cleaned up all the mess, packed the left over food.....etc... THANKQ SOOO MUCH. All of them enjoyed the games....one of the game was BINGO and other was MUSICAL CHAIR (3 rounds- one for kids, one for gents and other for ladies) distributed the gifts for the winners. It was lots of fun out there. So with all the HUNGAMA... i have celebrated my birthday.. Thanks for all the friends who made this party most memorble.

But the most embrassing part is that we dont have proper photos on that day :(, as everything went on in a hurry... bcoz there were lot many things to do...in short period of time.

So that was My 1st birthday. Now i am a grown up boy .... no more baby
